Dollar for dollar, this is the best upgrade to your home to make it feel like you're living in luxury. I purchased two on a whim a couple years ago for our bathrooms and it is the most random thing (dare I say, essential thing) that I am grateful for every day.

Gone are the days of the loud slam in the middle of the night or, heavens forbid, taking those extra precious few seconds to slowly lower the seat lid down manually. With this seat, you just give it a flick and walk away as it gently brings itself to its closed resting state.

I can swing a hammer, but I'm not exactly a General Contractor (or even close). But installing this seat is such a breeze. There are just two bolts that come out from your old seat, you sit the new one on top of the throne, and fasten the bolts and nuts with ease. Covers easily snap on to discretely conceal the bolts.
It has a "STA-TITE" fastening system that ensures the seat does not come loose, further instilling confidence in your porcelain throne.
4. Easy to Clean
Nobody likes cleaning bathrooms, but the connection system makes it incredibly easy to pop the lid off for easy cleaning access.
Once done, you just pop the clips back on and you're good to go. (Get it??)
5. Variety of Sizes and Colors
It comes in two sizes: A 16.5" option for a rounder toilet, and an 18.5" option for elongated toilets. You simply measure from the bolts in the back of your current seat to the front of the toilet, and it should be one of those two options.
It comes in a few different colors, including standard white, "cotton white" (a very bright white), and biscuit (a light tan color).
If you want to really splurge, there are even some options that have built in seat heaters…
